Experiential Introduction to Imageomics Course Begins August 23

A three-part year-long series of experiential courses in the new field of Imageomics begins this fall. The first course in the series, beginning August 23, will introduce students to the field of Imageomics, methods for analyzing imageomic data, and prepare students to work on an imageomics project in the spring semester. In winter, a select number of students will be invited to travel to Kenya to collect data for use during the spring semester team project.

The team taught course is led by professors from Virginia Tech, The Ohio State University, Princeton, Tulane, Duke, UC Irvine, RPI and Battelle and is open to students from many universities.
