Dynamics of collaborative leadership in team science: frameworks and applications
The overarching goal of this interactive session is to share three conceptual frameworks and related applications to operationalize collaborative leadership as iterative cycles of distributed sense making, decision making and action taking.
The specific objectives include:
Objective #1: Introduce three pitfalls cross-disciplinary science teams are prone to in practicing collaborative leadership
Objective #2: Introduce the Theory U, Divergence-Convergence Diamond and Strategic Doing frameworks and related applications in team science leadership
