Booking Airfare:
Air travelers should arrive and depart from John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH).
CMH is approximately 15 minutes from campus and the Hyatt House.
Dates of Attendance:
NextGen Day is a closed meeting open only to NextGens and will take place on Monday, April 15.
The All-hands meeting is open to all imageomics community members and will take place between Tuesday, April 16 and Thursday, April 18.
Arrival and Departure Dates:
We encourage NextGens attending the Monday, April 15 NextGens Only Day to arrive on the evening of April 14, and all other institute members to arrive by the evening of April 15 to participate in the All-hands social event from 6-8pm ET.
If you plan to attend the April 18 excursion to The Wilds we recommend booking your return travel for Friday, April 19.
Location:
The meeting will take place on The Ohio State University campus in Pomerene Hall. Pomerene Hall is located at 1760 Neil Ave. Columbus, OH 43210.
Travelers are encouraged to book hotel accommodations at Hyatt House Columbus OSU/Short North. Please see Accommodations for more information.
Getting to Campus:
For convenience, we recommend taking a taxi or using a ridesharing company to and from the airport, as most locations (meeting site and restaurants) are within walking distance. Hyatt House offers free parking for hotel guests.
If you are arriving by car, the closest visitor parking garage to Pomerene Hall is the 12th Avenue Garage located at 340 W 12th Ave, Columbus, OH 43210.
If this lot is full, the next closest visitor parking lots are the Ohio Union North and Ohio Union South garages.
