Hotel Accommodations:

The recommended hotel for the Imageomics Institute All-hands meeting is the Hyatt House Columbus OSU / Short North. For your convenience, this hotel is located adjacent to the OSU campus and is approximately a 15-minute walk to Pomerene Hall which serves as the location of the meeting.

Making Reservations:

A block of rooms is being held under OSU - Imageomics on a first come - first serve basis. If a preferred room type is unavailable under the group block you will need to book separately from the room block and will be subject to the prevailing room rate available at the hotel.

For making reservations within the block, you can reserve online using the dedicated group reservation site and adjusting the check-in and check-out dates as needed, or call 614-298-1299 and mention the group code G-IMGE when making your reservation to receive our special discounted group rate.

If you are paying with a P-card: Your name must either be on the P-card used to make the reservation or you must provide a credit card authorization form prior to your arrival. Otherwise, you will be required to provide a separate credit card (such as a personal credit card) upon check-in.

If there are no rooms left at Hyatt House - OSU Short North, we recommend the Blackwell Inn. This hotel is located on the OSU campus and is approximately a 12 minute walk to Pomerene Hall.

Physical, Religious or other Accommodations:

We recognize that some of our guests may require physical, dietary, or other accommodations to fully participate in the All-hands meeting. If you need any type of accommodation to participate, please reach out to Program Director Diane Boghrat. We will make every effort to ensure you receive whatever accommodations you need to support your participation.
